Providing Visibility to SCM Professionals Around the Globe

The SCN Library was envisioned as a repository for White Papers, Bench Marking Studies, Reports and various other documents that would be beneficial to SCM professionals in general and our membership in particular.
Unfortunately I have not be able to turn that particular vision into a reality. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can accomplish setting up a library or probably more accurately a data base here on the Ning platform without spending alot of money and hopefully none?
