I'm a new member of this group and like to have a chance to make more connection inside the industry.

Now, we are providing sophisticated services to several sizable manufacturers in China, particularly the management of their raw materials. Typical styles include Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-In-Time (JIT) kitting to production lines, and multi-hubs distribution systems.

My personal experiences include over 20 years in manufacturing company. I am familar to what a factory needs. Therefore our targeted customers are mainly the big manufacturers, like RICOH, FLEXTRONICS, and FUJI ELECTRIC. Our working team include a lot of manufacturing experts, in order to support our positioning strategy.

Our new moves include a new warehouse in Hongkong for consolidation of import cargo. With our custom brokerage capabilities, our customers can obtain their commodities without any complicated works in China, like customs, transportations, quality inspection, or foreign exchanges.

In September 2008, IndustryWeek’s cover story titled “Eye on China” features quoted material from Kong and Allan CEO, Bradley A. Feuling. Here is an excerpt:

“End-to-end supply chain involvement is critical for U.S. manufacturers if their goal is to fully understand the cost of sourcing in China…Sourcing accounts for more than direct cost," Feuling emphasizes. "When you buy a product, you buy the supply chain." He suggests that companies focus particularly on inventory and capacity management.”

Hi forum members,

I am taking the liberty to introduce myself to the group.

I am first of all pleased to see familiar faces in the forum and hope to make new acqaintances here.

Most of what I do is in my profile, so take a peep and leave me a comment as you please.

I am being referenced as either a 'capacity builder' or as 'one of the best networked people on-line' - neither probably reveals the truth, I am just a simple guy with a complex brain. :)

I am always open to share knowledge and to look at opportunities with mutual value.

I look forward to contribute, interact and learn from this forum.
Have an ACCELERATing day.
Best regards
Joris Claeys

Wanted: Director of Technical Training for Intel in Dalian, China

This position reports to the Fab Director and working with other factory staff to lead the 300mm Fab68 Technical Training organization.
