I therefore send you the information concerning THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW GENERATION OF AIRSHIPS which be able to change the vision of the transportation in the world..
Transport is a crucial and dynamic sector of the worldwide economy, it generates millions of jobs, provides for the delivery of our daily needs and takes us to our holiday destinations, among other things.
Today, more still needs to be done. That is why we want to promote this new type of transport which is competitive and of high quality, safe and SUSTAINABLE. We are convinced that our societies can only tackle today's challenges by working on a worldwide scale, PARTICULARLY IN TRANSPORT SECTOR, as a major feature of the internal market, free movement of our citizens and our goods. We must, therefore, strive to communicate and explain to all citizens the importance of transport policy and its effects on our lives.
In fact this project is today, A NEW SOLUTION, economically and environmentally, for the transport of FREIGHT, HEAVY and OUTSIZE PIECES, DANGEROUS GOODS, HUMANITARIAN RELIEF, etc..., but also for solution of transportation for ENVIRONMENTAL CITY..
If you have perhaps seen the airship of the international society SkyHook in the skies of London (http://www.treehugger.com/files/2008/07/airship-tours-london.php), I wanted to clarify that this type of airship (called a "blimp"), is nothing new and there are several projects like this in the world today.. All these projects are, believe me, projects that do not bear the slightest gust of wind, and, unfortunately, are investing money for nothing..
Our project will not solve all the solutions of transport of heavy loads and security in the world, but I can assure you that this new generation of airships will contribute greatly...
As a Council on Sustainable Development, we know that we must rapidly wean our dependence on coal and fossil fuels, and that the transportation industry must be at the forefront of a strategic development and sustainable businesses..
For services comparable to those provided by aircraft, these airships:
- will be 6 to 10 times cheaper operational costs
- consume 6 TIMES LESS FUEL
- reject in the air LEAST 10 TIMES OF C02
The TEAM of more than 50 people from different backgrounds (Thales, Alcatel, EADS-ARIANE, ENSEA ..), consists of the best world specialists in the field... They all have a global experience of carrying out major projects and effects of leverage on industrial programmes, guaranteeing the security necessary for this type of project, in line of the expectations of shareholders.
