I build the base for your better profits and I do it fast. I was already "lean" and "agile" when I was still lean and agile. My specialty is organizational structure - aligning procedures, eliminating overlap, and preparing a company for growth. The ideal is for me to come in, make it easy for you to continue without me, and get out of your way.

My passion is American manufacturing. As much as I enjoy talking to people all over the world and want you all to enjoy success, I want to see America and Americans working, too. I think that would be a good thing for all of us.

I have a son and a daughter, five grandsons, and one great grandson.
