About Me

I've been involved in warehousing and logistics for about ten years with consulting experience in the retail, consumer products and manufacturing industries. I've strived to produce the best solutions to complex business and operational problems. Have been successful in process improvement and reengineering, cost reduction and facilities design. I've utilized lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability in product flow and optimize space. Strengths include strategic planning and operation design through descriptions of future operations, layout drawings, process-flow diagrams, staffing plans, high-level equipment specifications and high-level IT specifications. Solutions recommended have increased order and inventory accuracy and reduced order processing time through facility.
