I view this as both a learning experience - even lawyers and consultants don't know everything as well as a networking and helping forum. For example, I tend to "glaze over" when taling with technology representatives, but the light bulb comes on in talking with someone who is embracing a process.

Yes. Like all sourcing projects, due dilligence is the key. This category is similar to contingent labor like IT...specific job descriptions and knowing the regional supply base.
