Sounding Board, analyst , troubleshooter and problem solver. US regulatory practice affects every aspect of SCM including or especially international operations. My background provides a near perfect point to start when you need answers.

How can this community help you

I view this as both a learning experience - even lawyers and consultants don't know everything as well as a networking and helping forum. For example, I tend to "glaze over" when taling with technology representatives, but the light bulb comes on in talking with someone who is embracing a process.
