Prior to Tomkins, I was an Import Policy Analyst with the US Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, Import Administration (Link: http://trade.gov/ia/index.asp). Import Administration is the Department of Commerce’s lead unit in enforcing trade laws and agreements to prevent unfairly traded imports. These laws include the antidumping and countervailing duty laws, and WTO agreements.
